A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. The deposit amount will be communicated at the time of booking and will be applied toward your total service cost.

You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours notice at no additional charge. Your deposit will be transferred to the new appointment date.

If you choose to provide your own braiding hair:
Braiding hair may be available for purchase at our location for an additional fee. Availability and pricing vary.

If you have concerns about your style after leaving:
Please inform us of any scalp conditions, allergies, or sensitivities before your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse service if we identify conditions that may be affected by our services.
We maintain high standards of cleanliness and sanitation. All tools are cleaned and sanitized between clients.
We may photograph completed styles for our portfolio and social media. By using our services, you consent to such photography unless you notify us otherwise. We will never share your personal information alongside photos.
