Booking & Appointments
You can book online through our Book Now page, call or text us at (734) 626-8218, or send us a message through our contact form. We'll confirm your appointment within 24 hours.
A non-refundable deposit of $25-$50 (depending on the service) is required to secure your appointment. This amount is applied to your total service cost on the day of your appointment.
Please provide at least 24 hours notice to reschedule your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable for no-shows or last-minute cancellations. We understand life happens - just communicate with us!
Services & Pricing
Depending on the style, appointments can range from 2-8 hours. Simple cornrows may take 2-3 hours, while intricate knotless braids can take 6-8 hours. We'll give you an accurate estimate when you book.
Absolutely! We love working with children and have years of experience keeping little ones comfortable. We offer special kids pricing and age-appropriate styles. Kids under 12 get extra patience and care.
We accept cash, Zelle, Cash App, and Apple Pay. Deposits can be paid online when booking. The remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment.
Preparation & What to Bring
Please arrive with clean, dry, and detangled hair. For braiding services, your hair should be freshly washed (within 1-2 days) and completely dry. Avoid heavy products or oils before your appointment.
Hair extensions are not included in service prices unless otherwise specified. You can purchase hair from us or bring your own. Let us know your desired style in advance so we can advise on the type and amount of hair needed.
Just bring yourself and any reference photos of styles you love! We provide all necessary tools and accessories. Feel free to bring snacks, your phone charger, or entertainment for longer appointments.
